This isnt a true or traditional Bulgarian Program. The main or only thing Bulgarian is the SRM or Daily Squat Max. Plus a particular number of reps for the day, with the ultimate goal being 50 per day total.
So far I have completed 14 weeks. I finally decided to take a complete week off. I have two raquetball sized knotts above my knees, that dont seem to be getting better.
