Heavy pulls!! My client Doug Parks deadlifting 150k/330lbs and 160k/352lbs for doubles! His best double prior was 143k/315lbs. Best pull prior to training was 225lbs. 400lbs+ right around the corner!!

Snatch Pause and No Feet snatches

Both paused snatches just below the knee and no feet snatches are two of my favorite exercises for snatch. Both exercises emphasize finishing on the extension not allowing you to cut it short or sneak under the bar.
