So far these are the best lifts I have done in training. Although neither are much weight the form has improved in the last 6 months. Out of the 2 lifts, I am feeling pretty good about snatch tech..clean and jerk needs some major work.
AM. Back SQ SRM(daily max)+drop sets, Snatch SRM plus tech work, CJ SRM plus tech. work..
PM. Snatch SRM, CJ-SRM, PULLS or Front Sq/SRM+drop sets. 2-3hrs. M-W, FR and Sat.
After much deliberation and research I decided to give daily squatting and olympic lifting a try. According to Gladwell from Outliers it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert at anything. The big question that is asked is recovery or lack there of.
This isnt a true or traditional Bulgarian Program. The main or only thing Bulgarian is the SRM or Daily Squat Max. Plus a particular number of reps for the day, with the ultimate goal being 50 per day total.
So far I have completed 14 weeks. I finally decided to take a complete week off. I have two raquetball sized knotts above my knees, that dont seem to be getting better.
