I personally squat on Mondays and bench on Wednesdays. I prefer this training schedule or split over others I have tried before. I picked up this schedule from the legend, Ed Coen. He mentions that you have the most energy the first day of the week or day 1 of training. Which I and most people would agree on.
Or put what you want to work on first on Mondays. Arnold would start every session with calves, since thats what needed the most work at the time.
The good news being, that if you chose to change your lifting schedule most if not all the squat racks will be open. Get to squatting!
