Milad Taghehchian first 400+LB Lift. His original Trap Bar Max was 200LBs. His technique has greatly improved, which has allowed him to add 100LBs in the last year alone.
Nathan Jerome squatted 305 Friday, a 20LB PR. He has added 50LBs to his squat in 6 months of training. He also benched 220, which is a big 40LB improvement.
This deadlift was completed 2 weeks prior to major ankle surgery. I believe he has to wear a boot for 12 weeks..When he fully recovers he will start training to pull 400.
