Lisa has been training for 6 months and had never trained with weights prior.
She has made some tremendous improvements in all areas. She had trouble lifting 65Lbs correctly and couldnt overhead press. Now she can press a 30Lb barbell for sets of 6 and 145Lb pull for 2. Regardless of what level or age you are, its never too late to start!

Nathan Jerome is at it again putting up another big PR! Deadlifting 405LBs for 3 reps. This is a 15LB Pr, Previous max was 405. Great job by Nate committing to the pull.
Recovery smovery who needs it..Two days after working up to a daily back squat max, Nasty Nate pulled 390LBs for 3. His speed off the floor has improved tremendously over the past 6 months.
I am very proud of the work and progress David has made in the last year. He literally started from scratch so to speak. Barely being able to deadlift 100LBs correctly, when he first strolled into the gym wearring dress shoes and argyle socks. He is now able to Deadlift 275LBs(his old bw), Bench 145, Overhead press 115, and Squat 185+@172LBs Body weight.
